[1] Approach Soucian and Houndour.
・She's wondering why Magikarp are all over Lumiose, yet Feebas are nowhere to be seen.

[2] Acquire a Feebas.
・You'll only find this Pokémon in Hyperspace Lumiose. Look for them in 2-3 star Water-type Distortions!

[3] Give Feebas to Soucian.
