Go to the abandoned house in the Sea of Flowers.

[1] Change to Budsquire to talk to the other Budsquire.
Listen to the story of the Budsquire during their tea party.
[2] Defeat the four Lethal Thorns outside.
There are four (4) Thornblade outside. Talk to them and challenge them one by one.
