Avetine asks for the treasure found in Blitzwood.
[1.2] Complete the journey, An Answer from the Heavens.
You can either talk to Avetine or complete the "An Answer from the Heavens" journey under the Quest Chain, The Legend of Thunderlands.
The item needed is the "Golden Answer" which you can get from the said journey.
[2] Deliver the "Golden Answer" to Avetine.
In exchange, Avetine gives you the Golden Wish. And this ends the journey.
