Help a Stubborn Citzen become techsavvy for the Radio Listener Easter Egg Quest.

[1] Go to the Wertheimer Tower north of Fiscus Avenue

Make sure to set the time to 8 in the morning

[2] Change the radio station

From where you are, head left and you'll see two old people with a radio on a bench. There's an option to change the channel. Do so until you see the words "Cubox Phone - your perfect companion for indiscriminate observation". Let the two old men finish the conversation then skip forward to the next day

[3] Head to the Refresh store

When the next day comes, the two of them will disappear. Make your way to the Refresh store which is not too far from where you are. Simply head north of the tower then turn left. The store is located right of the first 4 way intersection you see. Drop down and talk to the man to complete the quest.
