Anomaly Tracker (Skia) Walkthrough
[1] Talk to the Anomaly Tracker (Self-Proclaimed).
Speak with the Girl by the bridge who proudly mentions she saw a black shadow anomaly.
[2] Perform Skia's Skill on a Moving Train.
Head over to the Azure Vista Station and wait for a Train to come. Board the train's roof and execute Skia's shadow skill or special dash ability.
[3] Return to the Anomaly Tracker.
Complete the Lost Tale by talking to the Girl once more.
