Direct Hire (Nanally) Walkthrough
[1] Go to the pier above Nautili Tunnel and look for Nanally.
You have to go there in the morning. If she isn't there, go a bit far away and then advance time to around 8 am the next day. If she's still not there, keep logging out and then logging back in.
[2] Talk to Nanally.
Nanally will talk about how hard recruiting is. Afterward, you'll get a new achievement: Direct Hire.
