Fake Car Owner Chronicles (Car Enthusiast) Walkthrough
[1] Go to the Rampage Players Vehicle Shop.
Look for the man standing right beside the entrance of the shop.
[2] Talk to the Car Enthusiast.
The man will voice out his complaints about having lost his creative drive, and asks you to bring him your car.
**[2] Park your car beside him.
After talking to him, he will compliment your car and you will recieve the achievement. If the achivement does not pop up, keep bringing new cars to him. If you have Mint, you can requisition cars nearby to use for this. After a while, the achivement should pop-up.
