[1] Head over to Beachfront across the Coastal Highway.

[2] Speak with the Traveler and Snap a Photo.

A Traveler Looking to Capture Memories wants help in getting a nice shot in Hethereau. Use your in-game camera to take a picture and show it to him.

[3] Go to Torchwood Avenue.

Head to Torchwood Avenue and find the REGALIA sign near the Novus (Vehicle Dealership) for the second part of this Lost Quest.

[4] Interact with the Couple and Take Another Picture!

Accept their request, and snap a picture as they pose. Make sure to show them the photo afterward to unlock the Hidden Achievement.
