Learn about the habits of birds and visit some nice birdwatching locations.

[1] Go to Azure Vista Station.

Since it's at the edge of the map, you can travel there fast by fast travelling from a high point and using Hathor's Dive attack to get to the Coastal Highway, or simply floating down gently using your Glider.

[2] Collect the oracle stone.

On the right side of the station is a girl observing a crow with an oracle stone.

The Focused Bird Enthusiast will be surprised it disappeared. Talk to her and mention that the bird was an Anomaly, leaving her disinterested and sad since she chased it for a long time. You then mention to go to Bluegaze Campground for Birdwatching, and she finds that a great idea.

[3] Head to the Bluegaze Campground Parking lot.

Use The Time on your smartphone to skip to 8 AM the next day.

Go to the Parking lot of the Campground to see the Focused Bird Enthusiast looking at a bird on a truck. Get in between her and the bird so you can talk to her again. She'll intially be frustrated, but will ultimately thank you for your work in helping her. Then she says she'll go to Nacupeda's Pool next time!

[4] Go to Nacupeda's Pool.

Change the Time to 8 AM the next day.

Then venture to the pool to see her observing some birds. Move to the birds to make them fly away. Talk to her again and she'll say she's grateful to see the birds fly, and she'll try to come again when there's less people around. After this, you will gain the achivement Non-Intrusive Documentation.
