One of the Safes found in the Care Center.
Opening every Safe in the game unlocks the "No Safe is Safe" Trophy.
Bar & Lounge Safe Guide
[1] Find the Bar & Lounge Safe at the West Wing 2F of Rhodes Hill Care Center, northeast of the Gallery.
[2] Progress the story and acquire the ID Wristband (Level 1) at the East Wing 2F hallway, just above the Lead Researcher's Office.
[3] Head to the West Wing 1F and find the Security Point past the Parlor.
Grace can open it using the Wristband.
[4] Head upstairs to East Wing 2F.
Find the stairs beyond the Security Point to reach the upper floor.
[5] Look for the Bar & Lounge Safe Code.
Head north to the Office room and find the file at the desk in the middle of the room. The code is Left 10, Right 80, and Left 30.
[6] Go back to the Bar & Lounge Safe and unlock it.
