Defeat a zombie using the hemolytic injector.

Sometimes, the player may find syringes called Hemolytic Injectors. They can be used to kill a zombie by sneaking up on them and injecting them.

This can only be done as Grace.

Hemolytic Injectors can be crafted later on in the game after acquiring the Blood Collector and analyzing the Blood Specimen (Denatured) in the Blood Lab.
