Organ Transport Box Solution Guide | Resident Evil Requiem (RE9)

To solve the Organless Corpse puzzle during the "Rhodes Hill Care Center (Grace) - Part 2" Mission, she needs to get the Artificial Lungs from the Organ Transport Box first.

[1] Open the Leatherbound Notebook and look for the "Unlocking the Organ Transport Box" File inside it. The note contains the solution to the Organ Transport Box.

The Leatherbound Notebook can be found inside the Lead Researcher's Office Puzzle Box.

[2] Head to the Garage.

[3] Look for the truck releasing smoke, the Organ Transport Box is in there.

[4] Examine the box from the inventory, turn it around and open the back.

[5] To open the box, interact with the parts in this order:

1. Turn the knob from AUTO to HAND.
2. Set the right switch to the middle level.
3. Press Button 5.
4. Press Button 2.
5. Turn the knob back to AUTO.
