Final Challenge Puzzle Solution Guide | Resident Evil Requiem (RE9)

The sweet pair need to hear the voice, but who's voice needs to be heard?

**This is Resident Evil Requiem's final puzzle. Note that this puzzle can only be completed with a New Game+ save.

[1] Head to the underground's Processing area. Let the bodies fall for 15 real world minutes.

[2] Once 15 minutes have passed, drain the pool.

[3] During the holdout sequence, let the grinder kill all the zombies.

Note that the grinder must kill the zombies. Knocking them down and shooting, but not killing them, is fine.

[5] Head to the Care Center 1F - Restroom and pick an interactable toilet.

[6] Flush the toilet 8 times.

[7] Play until the segment "Escape the research facility."

[8] When the tank bursts, head to the stairs. If the steps were done correctly, the Marie Doll will be at the foot of the stairs.

[9] Play the game until its completion and start a New Game Plus.

[10] After escaping the Underground with the elevator, turn around and pick up the Severed Hand.

[11] Head to the Blood Lab and analyze the Severed Hand.

[12] Solve the analyze puzzle with this solution:
1. Select the center square node.
2. Select the leftmost square node.
3. Select the rightmost square node.

A message will then appear: Let's Play. GGC-AAG-AUA-ACG-UGU-CAU.

[13] The solution can be inputed anytime after analyzing the Severed Hand, but here are the ways to find the clues to the puzzle.

Clue for G:
1. Look into the Microscpe in the Blood Lab. There's a message that says: G = 150000000. This is the approximate distance of the Earth to the Sun in kilometers, so therefore G = Sun.

Clue for U:
1. Find the Hourglass in VIP Suite in the courtyard.
2. Remove the screw to take the Hourglass in your inventory.
3. Inspect the Hourglass and tilt it to its side to let the sand fall to the bottom.
4. Look under the top tid of the hourglass. There is a message that says U = 380,000. This is the approximate distance of the Earth to the Moon in Kilometers. Therefore, U = Moon.

Clue for C:
1. Look for Grace Ashcroft Blood Analysis Report.
2. At the bottom is a message, C = 4.2 ly. Ly stands for lightyears, and 4.2 lightyears is the distance of Earth to its next star, so C = Star.

Clue for A:
1. This clue can only be found in Raccoon City Center (Leon) - Part 2.
2. After defeating Mr. X, find the Basketball Court behind Gun Shop Kendo and kick the head into the basketball hoop.
3. Head inside Gun Shop Kendo and interact with the headless doll.
4. A message will appear, "Just ignore A." So skip the letter "A" in the sequence.

[14] With all the clues, the solution is as follows:
・The code is GGC-AAG-AUA-ACG-UGU-CAU.
・Removing the "A", the code is GGC-GUC-GUG-UCU.
・G = Sun, U = Moon, C = Star.
・The code is:Sun - Sun - Star - Sun - Moon - Star - Sun - Moon - Sun - Moon - Star - Moon.

[15] Return to the Lead Researcher's Office Puzzle box while carrying Emily, with the Marie Doll in the inventory.

[16] Head to the Puzzle Box, it can be interacted again.

[17] Input the code.
