Available after getting to the Wyverian Gate.

[1] Talk to the Classy Old Woman in the Sunpetal Plains.

Her Velocidrome grew up to be a bit of a hot head and picked a fight with some Blue Bird monsters. She thinks that the monsters are still after her Velocidrome and wants revenge for her monster.

[2] Defeat the Blue Birds.

Head to the Ancient Battlegrounds and defeat the two monsters.

**[3] Report back to the Classy Old Woman.
