How to Unlock The Sealed Treasury
Requires a Side Quest Trinket and a Hidden Warp Terminal
The Trinket and the Hidden Terminal are found inside the Vialno Cave. Break the seal first to reach this.

The Sealed Treasury Walkthrough
[1] Talk to the Noble
A Noble tells asks you if you've seen someone in gaudy jewelry. The reason is that person was his (now deceased) servant and that the servant stole the key to his treasury. He asks if you can get it back.
[2] Access the Main Terminal to Start the Quest
Interact with the Main Terminal and choose which location you want to start.
[3] Search for the Treasury Key
You'll be transported to the entrance of Vialno Cave. Make you way towards the other side.
Some paths are covered in bramble so use fire to burn them down.
Keep moving until you reach the Vacuous Belly area and activate the yellow barrier
[4] Defeat the Kobold Champion
The Kobold Champion is a tough opponent, accompanied by other Kobolds. Its attacks deal fire which would inflict burning damage on you if you're not careful.
