Onward to Taran Summary
Half of the party heads to Taran while the other half gathers information about the third sanctuary. Unfortunately, once at Taran, you still haven't gotten a clue besides the general map location.
Fortunately, Argo comes to the rescue.

[1] Head to Taran.
Recommended Level: 50
Taran is south of Urbus and Marome.

Right after the Safe Area, get ready for a boss fight.
[2] Defeat the Thunderhorn Ox.
Be wary when its horns are electrified as it can paralyze you and cause massive damage. It can also nullify some attacks in this state. It has 2 phases.
[3] Proceed to Taran.

Activate the Warp Terminal.
You and your partner call the rest of your party to Taran.
Seems like they weren't able to gather any information at all about the next sanctuary.
Argo appears out of nowhere and is back to hear out your troubles and give some information.
