Trust Walkthrough
[1] Talk to Kirito in Urbus
Talk to Kirito again in Urbus. He will ask you to go on another quest, warning that this one could potentially lead to death, but the loot will make it worth it.
[2] Activate the Main Terminal
Activate the terminal to start the quest. Travel to the nearest Safe Area, the Eastern Trocchi Grasslands, and make your way past two more to reach the boss room.
[3] Defeat the Thousand Spears Spine
Enter the boss room to start the fight against the Thousand Spears Spine. Killing it will clear the quest, and trigger a cutscene.
