How to Open the Rotating Dials
[1] Find Bruno's Office.
Go upstairs. Go to the right hallway and turn left into Bruno's office.
[2] Find the Rotating Dial hint on Bruno's Desk.
Inside Bruno's office, check Bruno's desk near the painting side for a hint on the Rotating Dial solution.
The hint is a sketch of the solved Rotating Dial.
[3] Solve the Rotating Dial puzzle on the cabinet.
You can find the cabinet with the Rotating Dial puzzle just beside the painting on the right-hand side of the office's entrance.
To actually solve the puzzle, you have to place all white triangles in the middle slots. The challenge here isn't figuring out the final look but figuring out how to prepare the triangles so that rotating once or twice places the triangles in the right spot.
The quick solution is to place three triangles right beside each other in one Dial, while placing one triangle slot on the Dial counterclockwise of the other Dial with the three triangles.
Then, position the Dial with one triangle, where one rotation places it in the middle. Then, position the Dial with the three triangles right next to each other, where all the triangles are in the middle slots. It should look like the four triangles are in one line, like the image below.
Finally, rotate the Dial with one triangle outside the middle slots once and it should open up the figure.
You can choose different Dials but the sequence should remain the same. Think of the Dial orders in clockwise or counter-clockwise fashion.
