What Are Suffering Pillars
Suffering Pillars are permanent upgrade points hidden throughout the Labyrinth. Each one you activate increases your Suffering, so you can use the Genesis Configuration more. You also need all 5 of them for a trophy and achievement.
There are 5 Suffering Pillars in Clive Barker's Hellraiser Revival. Two are in the Free Sunny's Soul quest, one is in Give Charlotte's Heart to Sunny, and two are in Hunt Marlowe.

All 5 Suffering Pillar Locations
1st Pillar
The 1st Pillar is easy to miss. You find it during the Free Sunny's Soul quest. After you escape the tower with the traps and the spiked ceiling, you end up in a hallway with a red light at the end. Turn left there.
After you turn left, you see the Suffering Pillar in a cracked wall. A trap circles the hallway, so wait for it to move past. Then turn right and follow it to the pillar.
2nd Pillar
You find the 2nd Pillar in the foggy Labyrinth during the Free Sunny's Soul quest. From the Labyrinth entrance, follow the path to a blue torch. The pillar is right beside it.
3rd Pillar
You find the 3rd Pillar during the Give Charlotte's Heart to Sunny quest. After you take Charlotte's Heart, an entrance to the Labyrinth opens in the ground. Enter it and turn left near the save point. Follow the path, and the 3rd Suffering Pillar is there.
4th Pillar
You find the 4th Pillar during the Hunt Marlowe quest, when you exit the Labyrinth. You enter a room with rotating platforms, and the pillar sits on the 3rd platform near the end.
Rotate the 1st and 2nd platforms until they line up into a path you can walk across. Then rotate the 3rd platform to make it walkable, and cross to the 4th pillar.
5th Pillar
You find the 5th Pillar in the ruins watched by the Leviathan's Beam during the Hunt Marlowe quest.
The pillar is on the right side of the area. Look for an entrance with a blue torch.
A movable block blocks the way, and you can't move it yet. You need the flame first.
Go back and head to the end of the area, where the flame is.
After you take the flame, look right and shoot it into the movable block. Then go back and move the block to reach the 5th Pillar.
Suffering Pillar Trophy and Achievement
Two trophies and achievements tie into the pillars. Both are missable, so activate every pillar as you pass it.
