Where to Find Grisha
Grisha can be found in the Flooded Village, near the Church where you find the Forgotten Crossbow.
Facing the church, turn right and follow the wooden path that leads to an arena.

How to Beat Grisha
[1] Parry its melee attacks.
Grisha's melee attacks have noticeable windups, making them easier to parry. Use the Untarnished Seal to build Break Damage and trigger a Riposte once Grisha is staggered.
[2] Dodge its unblockable attacks.
Watch for Grisha's roar, which signals its Dashing Thrust. Dodge instead of attempting to parry this attack.
[3] Punish its openings.
Grisha has a small moveset, making its attacks easy to learn. Wait for its combos to finish before attacking, or use the openings to land parries and build Break Damage.
