Where to Find Prophet of Profane Infinities
Teleport to the Abandoned Outpost Beacon.
Walk up the stairs and approach the nearby ledge.
Jump down and head straight past the guards to the next area.
Enter the Obsidianite Mines located at the left side of the outer mines. The boss can be found at the end of the dungeon.

How to Beat Prophet of Profane Infinities
[1] Take advantage of the boss' sluggish pace and slow attacks.
The Prophet of Profane Infinities moves at a slow pace and relies on attacks with long, predictable windups. Most of its moves can be blocked or parried, with Hammer Pummel being the only exception. Exploit these clear cues for an easy Riposte.
[2] Use Proxima's upgraded Biosampler for an ailment combo.
Upgrade Proxima's Biosampler to inflict both Lightning and Stasis. Since the boss is already slow, Stasis makes it even more sluggish and leaves it vulnerable to extended combos.
[3] Use appropriate Tarstones.
