NPCs can be found throughout the map. They may ask you for help and if you do, you might get rewarded in return.
Where to find Gragu

You'll find Gragu at the One-Legged Wolf Tavern, east of Mushroom Village.
Speak to the Barkeep
Did you know? Talking to the Tavern's Merchant, Barkeep, will point you to Gragu.
Gragu Questline Walkthrough
[1] Speak with Gragu.
Head to the One-Legged Wolf Tavern and talk to the man sitting alone there. Repeat this step until he opens up about his hunger and that he's seeking "The Great Flesh".
[2] Get the Heart of Vatra.
From the One-Legged Wolf Beacon, head east and pass through the Bone Gate into the Temple of Vatra. You'll find the Heart of Vatra in the hands of a large statue.
[3] Give the Heart of Vatra to Gragu.
After collecting the required item, return to the Tavern and hand it over to Gragu, who devours the Heart right in front of you.
Doing this will remove the Heart of Vatra from your inventory, but it progresses the questline.
[4] Inhabit the Unknown Shell.
Choose yes when the prompt to inhabit the shell appears.
[5] Explore the "The Child" Shell Memory.
To complete Gragu's quest and claim his shell, explore the memory to its end.
