The Caged Grisha can be found in the Mornfrost Graves and serves as the boss that you must beat to Cleanse the Winterglass Lake Beacon.
The Winterglass Lake Beacon is found near the Valley of the Revered.

How to Beat Caged Grisha
[1] Parry its melee attacks.
Caged Grisha's melee attacks have noticeable windups, making them easier to parry. Use the Untarnished Seal to build Break Damage and trigger a Riposte once Caged Grisha is staggered.
[2] Dodge its unblockable attacks.
Watch for Caged Grisha's roar, which signals its Dashing Thrust. Dodge instead of attempting to parry this attack.
[3] Punish its openings.
Caged Grisha has a small moveset, making its attacks easy to learn. Wait for its combos to finish before attacking, or use the openings to land parries and build Break Damage.
