Where to Find Gloombound Wraith

Choose to cleanse the Gate of Infinity Beacon. Stay on the path and pull the book out of the bookcase to open up a path into the Forbidden Archives.

Find the current in the bookshelf maze to launch yourself up to the top and find the Grimorium Obscurum.
Place the Grimorium Obscurum at the stand near the entrance of the archive. Enter the area that opened up.

How to Beat Gloombound Wraith
[1] Equip Galvanic Shard.
Galvanic Shard mitigates Lightning and cures Lightning-afflicted statuses. The boss has lightning-based attacks, so it's best to be ready for them.
[2] Try to attack from afar.
It's easier to keep your distance from the lightning attacks and to keep an eye on the projectiles if you do some ranged attacks instead of melee.
[3] Get rid of the books.
Getting rid of the shining books on the shelves drains energy from the wraith.
