Recommended Relics

[1] Wraith's Tear

Wraith's Tear
Rose heals 7% of her max health upon hitting an enemy that has hit her at least once.
Only once per enemy, recharges upon being hit again.

Jewel Knuckles are a type of gauntlets that do more damage the more you strike an enemy, so ideally you would be in very close contact with your foe. When in close contact, it is more likely to be hit be the enemy at least once, thus activating the effect of the relic.

[2] Obsidian Fang

Obsidian Fang
Rose deals 45% more damage for 3 seconds after breaking an enemy's guard.

Since fist weapons can move fast, it is also much easier to break the guard of the opponent. This will be in line with wanting to get more hits with the weapon as damage increases when you do.

[3] Ebony Claw

Ebony Claw
Breaking an enemy's guard stuns them for 50% longer.

The Obsidian Fang relic works well paired with the Ebony Claw as stunning the enemy will give you more time to hit them without getting hit back. You can fully utilize the damage bonus Obsidian Fang gives after breaking the enemy.
