Arcanas have MP Costs that you need to consider when using them. The Arcanas are unlocked by finding their corresponding Tarot Card and fulfilling the condition.
List of Effects (Blessings) of Chains of Justice
Chains of Justice has the following Blessings:
- Chained enemies are also rendered incapable of performing any action.
- Killing a chained target chains a nearby enemy.
- Chaining an enemy with less than 20% of their maximum health instantly kills them.
How to Unlock Blessing of Chains of Justice
You need to complete Works of Mercy to unlock Blessings of the Arcana. The Blessings for Chains of Justice can only be unlocked by fulfilling the following conditions:
- Chain 4 enemies at once.
- Kill 25 chained enemies.
- Upgrade your maximum health and mana 5 times each.

The Judge Tarot Card Location
The Judge is associated with the Scales of Justice in the Palace of Justice, in Paris Streets. You must progress through the story and defeat Death in the Notre-Dame Transept before you can complete the scale puzzle.
How to Get The Judge Tarot Card
- Progress through the main story and defeat Death in the Notre-Dame Transept.
- Return to the Palace of Justice in Paris Streets and find the large statue holding the Scales of Justice.
- Stand on the empty left pan of the scale and interact with it.
- Allow Rose's blood to flow into the corrupted heart on the opposite pan until the scales balance.
- Watch the trial involving Saint Louis and Leon Belmont.
- After the scene, interact with the golden reward orb to obtain The Judge and unlock Chains of Justice.
