Wind-Whipper is a reward after completing the first drill in the temple grounds.
Speak with Takamura during the quest, The Oni's Apprentice. He will tell you about the bell that you have to ring. Your practice begins when you ring the bell.
How to Use Wind-Whipper
Press the assigned Oni Armament button when the Oni Power Gauge is sufficiently filled. The Oni Power Gauge is located at the bottom right of the screen.
Oni Armaments deplete the Oni Power Gauge in order to unleash special attacks.
Deals AoE Damage
Spin Wind-Whipper to deal AoE damage on nearby enemies. Do it on a nearby flame to ignite the whirlwind.
