This available at the start of the Main Quest Okuni's Kabuki Dance. You must have done the Chance Encounter Hidden Treasure No. 1 to have this available.
Hidden Treasure No. 2 Walkthrough
[1] Talk to the young man.
Go to Kiyomizu-zaka Slope. A man will recognize Musashi, saying he's been looking for him. He was saved by Yorimasa and tasked to give something to Musashi. It's another hint for one of the treasure locations.
Here is the hint Yorimasa gave:

Go to the area east of Rokudo-chinnoji temple as seen below.

Find where the waterfall is and use your Oni Vision. Collect the treasure.

After finishing the Chance Encounter, you will receive:
- Fine Silk Cloth x 1
