A Wife's Prayer Walkthrough
[1] Speak to the Gravely Ill Man.
Travel to Kiyomizu-zaka slope and talk to the Gravely Ill Man. He complains about his wife's absence and wishes to beat her when she comes back. Lady Murasaki says the wife is at Kiyomizu-dera Temple and she'd like to hear her side of the story.

[2] Find the man's wife.
Go to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Ask the people at the entrance of the temple grounds about the lady.
Apparently, the wife prays at the temple daily for her husband's health. The party is perplexed by this.
Go to the main hall of the temple. Their neighbor tells you that the man is indeed horrible to his wife.
Go further into the temple to find her. Lady Murasaki notices that what the woman is praying to is something peculiar and her prayers seem to increase the malice surrounding her. Shizuka senses a rift opening nearby.
[3] Get rid of the Genma.
Backtrack to the path where you came from. Destroy the Genma and absorb the rift.
[4] Check on the man's wife.
Musashi asks if the wife is okay since she's in a tough situation but she answers with a smile and leaves. Musashi has doubts but Lady Murasaki says all that's left to do is see how they are at their home. Seems like the wife was praying to the spirit that purges the cause of bad karma and when Musashi goes to their house, he sees the husband has died.
