Dokyo Summary
Dokyo is a boss encountered in Arashiyama during the main quest, In the Light of an Icy Moon. The mysterious woman has been living in the Underground Laboratory, creating Genma to aid Yoshitsune in his plan.
Dokyo Attack Patterns
The following table lists each attack Dokyo uses combat.

How to Beat Dokyo
[1] Master how to dodge or counter all of her attacks.
She usually throws her attacks consecutively, so you must learn the rhythm of each move and how to dodge them individually.
The Spiked Orb that she usually throws at the end of her combo can be parried back to her.
The entire sequence is more erratic when she's transformed. She will also summon a totem that fires orbs at you while she finishes the whole combo.
If you parry the Spiked Orb back to her while she's transformed, she will throw it to you again. Parry the second one back to her again to stun her for a few seconds.
When she splits her body into two, use Oni Vision to know which one to shoot with the bow. If you get it wrong, she will rush towards you faster so try not to miss.
When she rises and summons an orb around her, shoot the orb to make it explode. This will stun her for a few seconds.
When she is in her transformed state, you will need to shoot two orbs.
When she summons fly bombs, use the Oni Armament Wind-Whipper to push them away from you.
As she charges for her Meteor Blast, look for the boulder that stays intact and hide behind it. When the boulder breaks, throw the big piece her way to stun her.
The key to this fight is understanding the rhythm of her moves and knowing how to dodge during her long sequences.
Always be ready to use the bow when the opportunity arises. This will guarantee disabling her for a few seconds.
