The mysteries of Kyoto are curious cases Lady Murasaki wants Musashi to investigate. The Mysteries are available after finishing the Main Quest What Lurks in the Shadows.
Requirements for The Faceless
The Faceless is available at the start of the main quest The Demon on the Mount.
The Faceless Walkthrough
[1] Speak to the Calm Woman.
Head to Higashioji Street and talk to the Calm Woman. She says a Faceless has taken up residence in a house nearby.

[2] Investigate the house with the Faceless.
Go to south of Shijo Street.
Get inside the housing complex by climbing up the ladder on the southwest side of the area and sneaking inside through the window.

Go inside and get rid of the Genma you encounter as you follow the path forward. When you get to the closed-up gate, turn left and open the door to the house to find the faceless.

[3] Get rid of the Genma.
Destroy the Genma.
Musashi will report back to the woman.

Solving this mystery will give you the following:

- Oni Stone x 2
- Fencer's Strength Charm x 1
