Hidden throughout the world, Shrines of Life challenge adventurers with unique trials. Conquer them to earn a Shard of Life! Collect four shards to permanently increase Elliot's maximum health.

Shrine of Life 2	Age of Safekeeping	Western Hucarea	Time your jumps on the moving platforms to reach the exit.
Shrine of Life 3	Age of Reconstruction	Neverwither	Defeat all the enemies in the dungeon.
Shrine of Life 4	Age of Reconstruction	Whiterea	Jump onto the arrow-marked platforms and follow their routes. Check the map to preview each route and direction before deciding which one to take!
Shrine of Life 5	Age of Safekeeping	Whiterea	Push the three chunks of ice on top of the switches to complete the trial.
Shrine of Life 6	Age of Reconstruction	Water Ruins	Ride the glowing directional arrows and jump over the gaps to reach the end.
Shrine of Life 7	Age of Reconstruction	Garretbelt	Step on the platform switches in the correct sequence to access the exit.
Shrine of Life 8	Age of Reconstruction	Eddartrayl	Defeat the Great Bow Guardians.
Shrine of Life 9	Age of Safekeeping	Westerea	Jump on the platforms carefully to reach the end!
Shrine of Life 10	Age of Safekeeping	Westerea	Defeat the two Greatsword Guardians.
Shrine of Life 11	Age of Magic	Eastern Hucarea	Move the pillars onto the switches to complete the trial. Use Warp to reach otherwise inaccessible corners.
Shrine of Life 12	Age of Magic	Westerea	Step on the two switches located at the opposite ends of the room. You can wait for the platforms to regenerate or do it in one full swoop.
Shrine of Life 13	Age of Magic	Eddartrayl	Strike the urn on the left side of the room to start the chain reaction of explosions. Use the switches to correctly position the urns so the explosions can hit the crystal.
Shrine of Life 14	Age of Magic	Eddartrayl	Jump on the trampolines to reach the end of the room.
Shrine of Life 15	Age of Magic	Whiterea	Defeat the three shield-bearing Elpands, Greatsword Guardian, and Great Bow Guardian to complete the trial.
Shrine of Life 16	Age of Safekeeping	Neverwither	Hit the colored shards in this exact order to unblock the exit: Red > Yellow > Red > Blue > Red > Yellow > Green > Yellow
Shrine of Life 17	Age of Magic	Garretbelt	Defeat all the enemies in the room to unlock the door. Cast Vacuum to quickly sweep them off the platforms.
Shrine of Life 18	Age of Safekeeping	Garretbelt	Light the braziers with Ignite and defeat all the enemies in the room to unlock the door.
Shrine of Life 19	Age of Budding	Eddartrayl	Use your ranged weapons to hit and activate all the crystals.

Shrine of Life 22	Age of Budding	Westerea	Jump across the platforms to reach the exit. Use Warp to safely transport yourself on the non-breakable platforms.
Shrine of Life 23	Age of Budding	Neverwither	Manipulate the position of the mirrors to reflect the laser toward the beacons.
Shrine of Life 24	Age of Budding	Garretbelt	Navigate through the labyrinth and activate the time-gated switches to unlock the exit. Use Warp to easily skip certain maze sections.
