Eugyene tells you that after sifting through every document he has, he may have found a possible cure for the spell cast over Princess Heuria: permilleshrooms. He wants to go with Elliot in search for these plants.
How to Unlock A Tale for Another Time, Another Place
This quest is unlocked after defeating Kaifried and talking to Fausta.
A Tale for Another Time, Another Place Walkthrough
[1] Talk to Eugyene
Eugyene is found in the Royal Study for Magic Research. This room is on the right of the two stairs leading to the Throne Room.
He tells you that permilleshrooms may be a possible cure for the condition that Princess Heuria is in. He asks Elliot to go with him to test his hypothesis.
[2] Head to the Grandtree
The Grandtree is located East in Neverwither. If you were able to explore previously there is a guidepost nearby for fast travel.
[3] Search for the Permilleshrooms
Once inside, make your way to the patch of grass to the right. Jump over the 3 plants where you'll then meet up with Eugyene.
After defeating the enemies head straight then left. There will be a flight of stairs that will lead you to the 2nd level where the permilleshrooms are located.
Start by making your way to the grassy field left of you. Jump over the plants until you make it to the other side.
Keep making your way left and down until you see some grass with a purple hue.
Make your way down until you see the permilleshrooms.
[4] Head to the Chamber of Prayers
Once you arrive at Huther Castle, Eugyene returns to his lab to begin creating the medicine. Head to the Chamber of Prayers where Elliot and Eugyene prepare to test the medicine. Sadly, the medicine has little effect but the king commends them for their efforts.

For completing the quest, you are rewarded with the Sparkly Ring which increases Faie's magic recovery speed by 100%
