A benevolent and trusted king who always puts his kingdom first. He governs Huther with a steady hand, upholding the royal precept passed down through generations: "Be not a prisoner of power".

Though he rules with quiet confidence, he carries a constant worry for Heuria, who dedicates herself to maintaining the spell that keeps the kingdom safe.

Orders Elliot to Explore the Ruins

King Hichard is one of the first characters introduced in the game's opening. While discussing what to do about the Unexplored Ruins, Euygene suggests that Elliot is well suited for the job, and the King agrees to hear him out.

Gives Elliot a Side Quest

King Hichard wishes to hold a feast in honor of his brave soldiers, noticing that they are fatigued from guarding the town. Elliot agrees to help out.
