Upon visiting Gogyo, Elliot finds out that he has been taking care of a cat. Elliot is then tasked with finding food for it.

Kindness for Whom Walkthrough
[1] Talk to Gogyo
Talk to Gogyo outside of Lyudmila's house. He then heads inside the shed and shares that he has been nursing a cat back to health, requiring food to do so.
[2] Feed the Cat
Fatty Fish can be purchased from the Adventurers’ Protection Item Shop, while Lean Meat and Rich Cheese can be purchased from Oliver and Lowelle’s Item Shop.
After feeding the cat four times, it will have recovered enough to go back to the wild, thus completing the quest.
Kindness for Whom Rewards
Completing the quest awards a Bomb Pouch, increasing bombs carried by 10.
