A drunk woman named Baccante is a regular in Philadel's Journey. Elliot gives her a fruit to help her sober up, and listens to her tale about Kaifried. It seems Kaifried had a side to him other than being selfish.

Sturm und Drank Walkthrough
[1] Speak to the Drunken Lady in Philadel's Journey
A drunk lady at the bar of Huther swears off alcohol. For the bartender, this is nothing new.
The barkeeper says the lady's name is Baccante, a regular who lends an ear to the troubled people. As a way to pay her back, the barkeeper asks Elliot to get a fruit that can help her sober up. These big fruits covered in thorns are found deep in the forest.
[2] Travel to Northern Hucarea
The fruit is to the north of Huther.
On the path, keep heading west until there's a fork in the path that splits between north and south.
Pick the fruit and return to the bartender.
[3] Speak to the Barkeeper of Philadel's Journey
The bartender confirms this is the fruit, just as Baccante awakens from the smell. She thanks Elliot and decides to munch on the bitter fruit.
She says the smell reminds her of bittersweet memories of her lost love, and asks Elliot if he wants to hear a lovely lady's story. Elliot is a bit embarrassed and doesn't want to, but when she reveals it was Kaifried, he becomes much more interested.
One day, when she was drunk in a similar state, Kaifried was also in the tavern. He said words that mirrored what Elliot did and even gave her the same fruit Elliot gave her. He did so because she reminded him of a woman he knew.
The fruit could be used to ease lots of maladies, and he often brought them to her. In his eyes, she was perfect. But the difference in their social standing was why they could never be together.
Baccante tells him he's foolish for moping about things he can't change and that a woman's love doesn't care about standing. Kaifried agrees, but he was too afraid to admit that.
Baccante wishes he could meet him again. Everyone is badmouthing him, but to her, he was a man who was kind to a lady he just met. Elliot stays silent, and Baccante offers to drink with him again. Elliot is shocked since she just swore off alcohol, but she says she could never swear off alcohol and raises her drink once more.
