A Good Old Bow Summary
Leyka has found your old bow from the storage. Nick wants to use it, but Leyka would rather Elliot have it. Kill some monsters to keep the town safe while she is replacing the bowstring.
How to Unlock A Good Old Bow
You must have completed the Unexplored Ruins dungeon in the Age of Safekeeping.

A Good Old Bow Walkthrough
[1] Head for the Orphanage
Head back to the Orphanage. Leyka and the kids are once again outside, waiting for you.
Nick wants to use the bow Elliot practiced with, but Leyka says he's too young for it. Elliot agrees, but also makes a deal with Nick. He will hold on to the bow until Nick is old enough for it. This convinces Nick to concede. Leyka says while Elliot is waiting for the bowstring to be changed, he should head out to kill some monsters for her.
[2] Kill 10 Beastmen.
Head for Eastern Hucrea. Kill up to 10 enemies that can be found here.
Once you've gained 10 Beastmen, return to the Orphanage.
[3] Speak with Leyka.
When you return, Leyka has restrung the bow. Elliot draws on the bow, which brings back memories for him. This is the weapon he first used while training to be an adventurer. He didn't start until he was a bit older than Nick, so he promises to train Nick once he's at that age.
Nick is thrilled, and wants to be a great adventurer like Elliot. Elliot as his elder wants him to
find a safer profession, but Leyka reveals that Elliot also defied her to become an adventurer, making him feel a bit embrassed.
A Good Old Bow Rewards
You've now retrieved the Short Bow! It's a ranged weapon with limited ammunition. If you charge however, for the price of one arrow, you'll fire three arrows in a cone!
