One Lady's Request Summary
Lady Hillalada requests you to send the broken thumaton core she has to her estranged younger brother, Hildebrand, the director of Forthewor Institute.
How to Unlock One Lady's Request
You must have already saved Hillalada from rogue thumatons in Northern Westerea, and escorted her back to town.
You also must have completed the Northern Tower dungeon in the Age of Reconstruction.

One Lady's Request Walkthrough
[1] Go see Lady Hillalada at her home
Enter Lady Hillalada's home at the center of the city. She asks that you bring the broken thumaton core that caused the incident a while back to the Forthewor Institute. It was a new model given by her estranged younger brother, the director Hildebrand. The core was sent through an intermediary.
Elliot suggests she go herself, but she doesn't know how to mend things between them. He is so busy that the letters she sent go unanswered, and she doesn't want to try for fear of learning he hates her. Lady Hillalada does tell Elliot to send him a message, however. That she'll wait as long as he needs her to. She then apologizes for putting Elliot through this trouble.
[2] Talk to Hildebrand in his office
Enter the Forthewor Institute, and go to the second floor. Hildebrand is surprised by Elliot suddenly coming to his office, but Elliot explains his reasoning. Hildebrand plans to investigate the issue that led to the core breaking. But then he also says Hillalada was foolish to go out for flowers. Elliot explains they were for their parents, and Hildebrand says he knows that. She even presses flowers for him.
Hildebrand brings out a book, and in it is a bookmark with a pressed torchflower. He doesn't know what the flower's meaning is in the language of flowers. He doesn't care about his roots and past anymore. What matters is the results he delivers, and family is purely sentimental.
Elliot says that sentiments brighten their lives, and that even he must treasure the bookmark he has. Hildebrand denies anything of that sort, saying it's just more efficient to read with a bookmark. Elliot then delivers Hillalada's message, but Hildebrand says it's too late, and she should forget him. But he does plan on sending her a new thumaton core, and wait for him.
[3] Return Lady Hillalada
Return to Lady Hillalada to tell her about what Hildebrand was like and what he plans to do. Elliot also says that Hildebrand wanted her to wait. She says that knowing that is good enough for now.
Hillalada will do her best to keep reaching out to him, and Elliot prays that one day she'll be successful.

What you get for this quest is the Potentiation Charm! It's a charm that boosts the duration of buffs. Very useful in a boss fight or a gauntlet of enemies!
