The boss retains its pounding attacks but uses a modified floor explosion pattern. It also projects three frontal shields instead of one, giving it a much wider defensive area. Prioritize attacking from behind while avoiding its AoE attacks.
[2] The Moonmirror is your best friend.
Most of its attacks can be deflected with the trusty Moonmirror, briefly stunning the boss and speeding up its appointment with the afterlife.

Elpand Subject No. 4 is located in the Northern Tower - Sublevel Three. The platform leading to its chamber is at the far left side of the room.
Elpand Subject No. 4 Rewards
Defeating this boss unlocks one of the four locks sealing the central door leading to the Sorcerer.
